The Concept from SAIER is a universal peristaltic dosing pump with integrated GLC speed control. This compact and versatile pump is suitable for both stand-alone applications and for use within automated dosing systems. With an adjustable dosing flow rate of 0.08 to 250 ml/min, depending on the hose used, this pump is extremely accurate in dosing liquids.
Thanks to its extensive control and programming options, the Concept can be used for a wide range of dosing tasks. It supports functions such as external control and manual venting.
The Concept is easy to service and maintain thanks to its easy tool-less disassembly of the tube kit and rotor.
The pump operates on both 230 V AC and 24 V DC and is built to IP65 protection standard, making it suitable for industrial environments. With a compact housing (93.5 x 150 x 130 mm) and a low weight of approx. 1.2 kg, installation is easy. Venting is controlled via the button on the device.
