The DSP Modbus from SAIER is a microprocessor-controlled dosing pump with a highly accurate stepper motor and Modbus interface for external control. Thanks to its continuously adjustable speed via Modbus, this pump can be perfectly integrated into industrial automation systems where precision and control are essential.
The pump offers a flow capacity of up to 2000 ml/hour, depending on the hose used (e.g. PS 138 3.2×1.6 PH or PS 138-1.6×1.6 PH). The system is designed for continuous operation (100% duty cycle) and delivers reliable performance in long-term processes.
With a compact housing (73 x 73 x 120 mm) and a light weight of only 500 grams, the DSP 9911-SM is easy to integrate into existing installations. The supply voltage is between 24 and 32 V DC, with a maximum current consumption of 500 mA.
Although the housing has protection class IP00 (unshielded), this pump is ideal for use in controlled industrial environments with temperatures between +5 and +50 °C when installed correctly.
